
Overview
Industrial maintenance technicians repair and maintain commercial or industrial equipment in buildings. Students are taught safety, precision measurement skills, gain hands-on, practical experience in mechanical fundamentals and welding.
Course Content
Course content includes :
· Hydraulic & pneumatic systems operations
· Electrical and industrial power systems
· Mechanical systems
· Specialized measuring tools, hand tools and technical drawings
· Welding process and visual inspections of welds
· Oxyfuel cutting
· Welding operations (SMAW, GMAW,FCAW)
